Official Announcement: Application Deadline Extension

The Chicago International Music Competition and Festival is pleased to announce that
the application deadline for the 2025 edition has been extended to May 15, 2025.

This extension is intended to accommodate the high volume of interest and to provide additional time for applicants to prepare and submit their materials. We warmly welcome all aspiring musicians to take advantage of this opportunity to participate in an event that celebrates artistic excellence and international collaboration.

We look forward to receiving your applications and to welcoming you to Chicago for an inspiring and world-class musical experience.

(Rising Star Category)

Additional prizes will include awards for specific age groups and categories, as well as special recognition prizes.
Each winner will be awarded a cash prize along with a certificate of achievement.
